Because Midwest is in the top 1% of our industry regarding revenue we are able to leverage our buying power and get the absolute best pricing available on all order sizes which is passed to our customers. With our 84 years we have very strong and well established partners domestically and overseas that allow us to drive costs down for our customers. Having in house capabilities (screening, embroidery, warehouse, fulfillment, marketing and graphic design) we have eliminated a middleman's mark up. In House decoration capability also allows us to keep your inventory at lower levels which reduce overall cost and greatly reduce risk of obsolete inventory. Because we have on staff programmers we also do not have up front costs associated with our on-line web stores. Midwest, upon contractual agreement, will also own all of the inventory that is warehoused until it is shipped. Midwest, through all of its internal capabilities, has also been able to help numerous clients save money by having Midwest handle an entire campaign where in the past they might have used several agencies on the same project. All of these services reduce overall costs.

We are very unique because of the fact that we have production capabilities in house and that we do not need to outsource. We have automated screen presses, embroidery machines, pad printing, graphic designers, warehousing and fulfillment in our building which allows us to quickly and cost effectively service our clients. We also have 84 years of service in our industry which is extremely rare in any industry but especially in the promotional industry. The combination of our on staff MIS department and our open architecture computing environment gives us an additional competitive advantage.

We have developed a custom e-commerce solution software application that is used for our corporate on-line stores. This gives us total control over the application and the ability to have our web stores interface directly into our accounting and fulfillment systems and to be able to modify the application to perform to the specific requirements from our customers. We also offer the ability of orders to be placed via fax, e-mail or over the phone with one of our customer service representatives. With these 4 ordering options we have made ordering easy.

Total customer satisfaction is our goal and it is a goal that is achieved on a daily basis since our company was founded back in 1926.   Together we create a customer service team that is driven to perfection.  We make it very easy to order with a very intuitive and "customer friendly" web store.  We also take orders via phone, email and fax if that is preferred. We have a direct 800 number that will go directly to a Customer Service Team member. We have a tremendous amount of experience working with customers large and small in size, as well as accross many different industries, and our account retention has been tremendous. We literally do whatever is necessary to make sure the customer is always happy.  We are large enough to get the best prices in the industry but we are not too large that every customer and every order isn't extremely important to us.  We have on many occasions put together a retail store at our customers location for all of their employees to purchase items on site versus from the online web store.  We are happy to provide whatever service is required.  Our customers are thrilled with our "whatever it takes" attitude. A very important competitive advantage is our comprehensive in-house capabilities. Under our roof we have Embroidery, Screen Printing, Pad Printing, Art & Design and Fulfillment departments. All of our systems from online order placement to scanning and shipping of the goods are all interfaced and integrated together to increase the speed and accuracy of processing orders. Because of these in house abilities our order cycle time is dramatically less than most. We can easily handle emergency situations that most of our competition can not.

We have In house graphic designers as well as a marketing department. Our firm combines experience and know how of industry veterans (Over a dozen employees with 10 or more years experience and 4 with over 25 years) with young graphic designers who are tapped into the latest trends and design methods. Products included in our fulfillment programs  have locked prices and we offer yearly volume discount programs on all orders no matter the size of the order.  Custom orders are different and depend on how many products we are producing at a given time.   When we receive custom  orders from one buyer  we reach out to all of that companies approved buyers nationwide  with details regarding this purchase.  If there are other buyers that need this item we combine these orders and drive costs down for all buyers.   We also have very strong and well established partners overseas that allow us to drive costs down.  We have programs where printed merchandise is warehoused at Midwest Promotional Group at no charge to our clients.  Having in house capabilities (screening, embroidery, warehouse, fulfillment and graphic design) we have eliminated a middleman's mark up.  We also do not have up front costs associated with our on-line web stores.   Midwest, upon contractual agreement guaranteeing the inventory,  will own all of the inventory that is warehoused until it is shipped.  All of these services reduce overall costs.
