Midwest Promotional Group’s entire staff wants to help by setting up a donation drop for Hurricane Harvey victims. This grassroots effort serves to get critical supplies to those in the storm-ravaged areas.
The devastation experienced by our friends, family, and colleagues in Houston is truly heartbreaking. We have all watched as those in the wake of the storm suffer loss beyond our comprehension.
What You Can Do To Help
We are accepting donations of SPECIFIC items critical to someone in desperate need of life’s basics. The items will be collected at our corporate office/warehouse in Burr Ridge, Illinois, and sent to our industry supplier, Hirsch Gift, located in Houston who will personally deliver the items to those in need.
We are NOT accepting cash. If interested in making a cash donation, please read this New York Times article which outlines many worthy and credible charities.
Items Needed for Hurricane Victims
The following updated donation list includes priority essential items that are needed. Please limit your donation to these items ONLY.

- Adult Diapers
- Feminine Hygiene Products
- Pocket Hand Sanitizers
- OTC Medications, such as Tylenol / NyQuil / DayQuil
- Baby Items, especially Diapers and Baby Wipes
- Pillows and Pillowcases
- Nonperishable Food Items – Preferred with Pull Top Lids
- Zip Loc Bags
- Factory Sealed Water Bottles
- Towels
- Blankets
- School Backpacks
- Pet Supplies, including Large Kennels, Pillows, Towels, and Food for Large and Small Breed Dogs / Cats
